ANSWER:
CAI means Computer- Assisted Instruction. the computer can be a tutor in effect relieving the teacher of many activities in his personal role as a classroom tutor. It should be made clear, however, that the computer cannot totally replace the teacher since the teacher shall continue to play the major roles of information deliverer and learning environment controller.

This may include traditional materials such as chalkboards, handouts, charts, slides, overheads, real objects, and videotape or film, as well newer materials and methods such as computers, DVD s, CD-ROM's, the Internet, and interactive video conferencing

ANSWER:
1.MSN-mail/chat messaging.
2.Adobe Reader- Graphs and photo composition and editing.
